GLOBAL DELIVERY OF TRAINING AND EDUCATIONonline learning hub www.passport.worldrugby.org and through delivery of World Rugby’s portfolio of face-to-face learning courses which provide a learning pathway from novice to experienced learners in all strands. This portfolio is delivered globally throughout our regions and member unions by a fully trained, quality assured and licenced workforce of more than 1,800 Educators and Trainers who are supported by our team of Regional Training Co-ordinators.While the coaching and match officiating strands are the most established, this last year has seen huge growth in the strength and conditioning and medical strands and this growth is predicted to continue as an increasing number of member unions engage in these strands and grow their delivery workforce. The updated player welfare website has four online learning modules on concussion awareness for the general public, doctors and healthcare professionals, match-day medical staff and elite match-day medical staff. These modules are in addition to the First Aid in Rugby and Immediate Care in Rugby modules that are also available. World Rugby’s safety and risk management resource RugbyReady continues to show high usage across the globe with more than 250,000 registrations online and over 40,000 face-to-face accreditations – helping our different stakeholders to make the game safer for all.Strength and conditioningLevels 1, 2Coaching of match officialsLevels 1, 2SevensLevels 1, 2Educator & Trainer • Coach • Match Official • S&C • MedicalADMINISTRATORSACADEMYPASSPORTFirst Aid In Rugby Level 1Immediate Care in Rugby Levels 2, 3SevensLevels 1, 215sLevels 1, 2, 315sLevels 1, 2, 3TalentOptimisationProgrammeTalent-identifiedcoaches and match officialsCompetency-based accreditationMatch officialsMedicalpractitionersEducation workforceCoachesAdministratorsAll stakeholdersABOVE RIGHTMore face-to-face learning courses were delivered in the medical strand in 2015INSPIRING PARTICIPATION | TRAINING AND EDUCATION
