£7m Investment in Regional Associations 2016Partnering to grow the game World Rugby could not grow the game without the support of the six regional associations around the world, who are our key partners in growing the game. The six regional associations are:• Asia Rugby• Rugby Africa• Rugby Americas North• Sudamérica Rugby• Rugby Europe• Oceania RugbyNote that a seventh association – Rugby Americas – has recently been formed to accelerate the joint growth of activity in North and South America. Investment AgreementsWorld Rugby signs an annual Regional Partnership Agreement with each individual regional association. The agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities of the two organisations in the partnership, key measurables and the level of investment by World Rugby for the coming year.
